● Identify and mitigate potential issues affecting project quality, budget, or client

satisfaction.

● Manage scope changes through formal review and approval processes.

● Support financial visibility by maintaining accurate project tracking data within Odoo.

Quality and Handover

● Conduct project reviews and handoff meetings to ensure complete documentation and

client readiness.

● Verify installation quality, commissioning, and client sign-off prior to closeout.

● Collaborate with Services teams to ensure a smooth transition for post-installation support.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

● Partner with Sales Representatives, Site Leads, Field Supervisors, Programming, and

Design Technologists to maintain clear communication between teams.

● Participate in project debriefs to identify process improvements and recurring

challenges.

● Support consistency of workflows and templates across all projects.

projects.

● Strong understanding of AV systems, installation practices, and integration workflows.

● Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
