We are looking for a qualified individual to join our sales team. The inside sales position requires a high attention to detail and organization. This position will assist in day to day sales tasks as well as supporting the existing sales team as required by preparing quotes, processing orders and other tasks as needed to add value to the clients experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves working closely with our sales team to understand our clients needs, provide product information, generate quotes, and support the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

What you bring to the team:
AV sales or installation: 2 years (preferred)
Inside Sales (Any industry): 2 years (required)
What will be expected of you:
Outstanding customer service skills with problem solving mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn and understand complex technical products.
Ability to work without supervision or collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with AV systems is desirable (can be on the sales side, or on the install/technician/operation side)
